Giki named as supplier on Spark, Crown Commercial Services DPS

Crown Commercial Service Supplier

We’re thrilled that Giki has gone through a rigorous assessment process and has been named as a supplier on the Crown Commercial Services Dynamic Purchasing System, Spark, which supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.

For public sector organisations it is imperative to offer world-class public services that offer the best value for taxpayers and with CCS helping the public sector achieve commercial benefits worth almost £950m we’re excited to be part of CCS’s framework.

Giki is the only employee sustainability engagement programme and platform included on Spark DPS, in addition to being a Race to Zero Accelerator and B Corp.

From now on any public sector organisation seeking to engage and educate their employees on sustainability and align this vital stakeholder with their broader strategy can now do so with Giki, confident that our award-winning programme offers the best value for their people, the planet, and the taxpayer.

Commenting on the announcement Jo and James Hand, Giki co-founders, said:

Building sustainable behaviours at home and work is key to people taking climate action and helping us all move towards net zero. As many people face a cost-of-living crisis, carbon-cutting steps frequently help with cost savings.

The public sector employs 5.8 million citizens, so has a role to play and can make an impact working with their employees because a large community acting drives real change.
