Not only is Cawston Press dedicated to creating delicious, pressed fruit soft drinks (Editor’s note: Yes, I can confirm they are delicious!), but they are also an organisation that has ‘doing the right thing’ as an ethos that runs throughout every aspect of their organisation.
Cawston Press have several ongoing sustainability initiatives, notably; striving for net zero greenhouse gas emissions, tackling food waste (Cawston pick and press fruit and veg of all shapes and sizes) and improved packaging, as just a few examples.
Looking beyond these initiatives, we launched Giki Zero Pro as a cost-effective tool to help Cawston turbocharge employee engagement with their new ‘Pressing for Better’ sustainability strategy, empower their teams to take control of their personal impact on the environment and to encourage a culture of innovation around sustainability, to meet the challenges facing us all ahead.
Since we launched Giki Zero to the team, we’ve seen great take-up across the business, sharing what steps they are taking to improve their carbon footprint and what they’ve learned along the way.
The team likes seeing where they are making a difference individually as well as being able to align their efforts to the steps we are taking as a business to change what we do for the better.
The Chief Greenie network is also a great resource to tap into for more inspiration”.

Cawston Press is using Giki Zero Pro for Small Businesses, which helps organisations with less than 50 employees launch a self-serve digital-first version of the award-winning Giki Zero platform and programme.
We’re looking forward to supporting Cawston Press (and enjoying more of their lovely pressed fruit soft drinks!) to help colleagues #ThinkCarbon and cut carbon together.
